Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha yoga aims to calm the mind and body in preparation for meditation. Vinyasa classes are more dynamic, focusing on breath work, linking asanas and incorporating sun salutations to awaken the mind and body.
Restorative Yoga
Yoga brings unbelievable benefits not just for reducing stress, depression and anxiety but also a fantastic way in managing long term pain. This class is more about relaxing, calming the nervous system, and giving the body a chance to heal.
Aerial Yoga
Alice offers Aerial Vinyasa and Aerial restorative classes. Supported safely by a hammock, the benefits are endless with this fun and calming practice. Originating in New York but now popular all over Asia, this class is a must!
